be the hands and feet of jesus

FOR EVEN THE SON OF MAN CAME TO NOT TO BE SERVED, BY TO SERVE.

help usher God's
hope into every home

At Redwood Classical Academy, we believe that when we become the hands and feet of Jesus, we not only bless others — we are also filled with His joy and hope. Scripture reminds us, “It is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35). When we serve, love, and pour out for others, we step into the deep purpose and satisfaction of living out God’s calling.
Thank you for partnering with us to bring God’s hope into the world! Together, we are part of something far bigger — a beautiful story of giving, blessing, and sharing in His goodness.
At RCA, there are three meaningful ways you can help bring HOPE: by using your unique gifts as a Host of Hope, a Herald of Hope, or the Hands of Hope. We invite you to join in and use the gifts God has given you — all for His glory!

HOST OF HOPE

“Creating a space where God’s love is felt and His people are welcomed.”

Hosting events at RCA is essential for building a strong and connected community. These gatherings foster collaboration, celebration, and support, strengthening our mission and values beyond the classroom. More than that, community events bring hope into people's homes because relationships are what spur us on. In a world that often feels disconnected, these connections inspire, encourage, and remind us that we are not alone in this journey. Join us in creating opportunities for hope to flourish and for lasting impact to take root in our community.
Ideas?  Host a play date, Popsicles in the Park, a development vision dinner, an enrichment day (field day?), help with a book study, lead a mom’s prayer group, student bible study, afternoon club, a parent training event... just to name a few!

Herald OF HOPE

“Amplifying the mission, sharing the message, and spreading God’s hope through communication.”

Homeschoolers are natural researchers, always searching for the best resources, communities, and opportunities for their families. When we effectively market Redwood, we provide a clear and accurate picture of what’s available, helping others make informed decisions. Sharing a social media post or writing a review on Redwood’s behalf isn’t self-promotion—it’s a way to bring clarity and hope to families who may be struggling in their homeschool journey. Families don’t have to sell—they just need to share their honest experiences. A simple share, comment, or recommendation could be the encouragement another family needs to find the support, structure, and community they they desperately need.

Ideas? Share your homeschool story and tag us #hope2homes, write a review on google or other homeschool forums, help us with our marketing & make social media content for us to share,  write a table talk sharing your experience & encouragement, invite others to give & support our mission, wear RCA merch to spark conversations.

hands of hope

Meeting real needs with faithful hands and joyful hearts

At Redwood Classical Academy, we believe in being the hands and feet of Jesus by coming alongside families who are committed to building strong, Christ-centered homes. Many parents are courageously choosing a path of intentional education and discipleship, and they need a community of support. By serving these families—through practical ways—we become part of the Kingdom work of nurturing the next generation. It’s a beautiful calling to lift up those who are investing deeply in their children.

Ideas?  Come alongside students during handicraft lessons to assist with knitting, weaving, embroidery, or other hands-on skills. No experience required—just a willingness to help and encourage.  Join the Garden Committee to help maintain and beautify outdoor learning spaces.  Lend a hand with seasonal crafts, holiday events, or celebrations—many hands make light work!  Be a calming, supportive presence on campus—helping with transitions, passing out supplies, or helping manage lunch and outside time.  Volunteer to read living books during a special class time every week.
