Kim Kuntz
Director of Operations
Before marriage, children & homeschooling, Kim served in campus ministry at Truman State University for ten years. Now she can be frequently found behind the scenes or at the front door of Redwood. When not at school, you are likely to find Kim either at the library, teaching folks about composting with earthworms, or listening to really rad 80s music. -

Jessica Miglarese
Director of Seeds Program
Jessica is beginning her 14th year of homeschooling her children. After graduating college with a degree in elementary education, she taught for 4 years before coming home when her oldest child was born. It wasn’t until he was in 2nd grade that Jessica found Charlotte Mason’s methods, and she has schooled with them ever since. Her son is now beginning his sophomore year in college, and his siblings at home are 16, 10, and 4. In addition to being a Charlotte Mason educator, Jessica is also a classical pianist, and together with her family she enjoys music, nature, and cheering on their favorite soccer teams!

Dan Hall
Form 3 Mentor
Dan received his teacher education at Valparaiso University. Since then, he has been involved in a variety of educational settings. He has taught in Christian schools in grades 2nd – 12th, been a school principal, worked for My Father’s World in curriculum development and marketing and consulting with homeschool families in their homeschooling, homeschooled his children, lead home group Bible studies, taught English as a foreign language as a missionary in Albania, and trained adults in discipleship and church planting in an unreached people group. Dan and his wife, Dawn, have 6 children, four grandchildren, and one on the way. Dan likes to travel, climb mountains, go running and walking, and learn as much as he can about living in God’s Kingdom as it is in this world which desperately needs the savior, Jesus. He looks forward to being back in the US for a season, and serving God by joining with His people to make disciples here.

Ola Snyder
Form 1 Mentor
Ola originally came to (and fell in love with) this country from Russia as a high school exchange student. She later returned to the US to attend college. She holds a BS in Accounting and worked for a CPA firm for three years prior to having children. Ola and her husband Brent have been married for over 20 years. Ola found the beauty of Charlotte Mason's pedagogy early on in her parenting career. She has been homeschooling her children (daughters 18 and 15 yo) from the start. It has definitely been one of her main chief blessings in life for which she'll be eternally grateful. Now that her own children are older and are largely independent with their studies, she finds great joy pouring into younger families when she can, especially encouraging them in this worthwhile journey of home educating; thus the idea of teaching at a CM homeschool tutorial really resonated with her in a very special way. She teaches languages (English as a foreign language and Russian) in online private lessons. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, health & nutrition, traveling, and gardening.
