Financials explained! Please read carefully.
Thank you for any questions seeking clarity or assistance in this area; your conscientiousness is appreciated! We are in the midst of altering your payment options a bit in efforts to automate & make things even easier for all.
Here are the DETAILS & REMINDERS:
July 15 - first tuition payment due! You may pay via check to “Redwood Classical Academy” & mail it to: 3464 Forest Dale Dr, St. Louis, MO 63125 or pay via HomeschoolLife online (fees will be applied). You are also welcome to pay in a larger chunk if you wish!
August 15 - second tuition payment due! You may pay via check or pay via HomeschoolLife online (fees will be applied). You are also welcome to pay in a larger chunk if you wish!
Tuition: $1450 per day per student. Pay in full or 11 automatic payments July-May.
If you are paying by check, you may not see your online balance affected for up to 10 business days. Checks are deposited immediately, and yet Redwood’s part-time accountant has to enter them into our system only once a month. Thank you for your patience.
August 22 - Parent Orientation @ 6 pm
*On this date, we will be switching our payment options to:
Pay the year’s tuition in full by check to be handed in at orientation
Pay in monthly payments via automatic bank transfer set on the 15th of every month to be setup at orientation* If you’d like to continue to pay your tuition in monthly payments, please bring a voided check to orientation & we will provide you with necessary paperwork.
*After August 22, we will no longer be accepting any tuition payments made by check or HomeschoolLife!
At orientation you will be given the opportunity to purchase uniforms if you are not buying through Lands End. T-shirt prices range from $15-$18 and will be paid only through Venmo @RedwoodClassicalAcademy. Feel free to bring in old uniform shirt that no longer fit to see if you can exchange it for a new size at our “gently used” t-shirt table.
You will also be provided our schedule for ENRICHMENT DAYS & be able to pay for and register your students immediately, You may do so via Venmo.
SCHOOL SUPPLIES: There are no necessary school supplies to be purchased this year! The $75 supply fee per student covers all curriculum & in-school art and classroom supplies. This fee is due August 31 and can be paid via check or Venmo @RedwoodClassicalAcademy
