Valentine’s Day
We will celebrate Valentine’s Day on Tuesday, February 11th with a Valentine exchange.
Please, due to allergies & preferences, this exchange will be completely food and candy-free! We desire to create a celebration that ALL can participate in safely & fully, so we appreciate your understanding & help in this! Every child & staff will be provided a labeled exchange bag & time will be given at lunch for all to celebrate. Participation is completely voluntary! One way to make the distribution of valentines much easier for you and your child is to not address each valentine to a specific person, but only have your child sign their name. You can choose to have your child only distribute to their class.

COFFEE FOR FOUR
Who doesn’t love a good cup of coffee and some quality time with great people? We’re organizing a simple way to connect: "Coffee for FOUR"—a chance to grab coffee with a fellow RCA parent (or two!) and share life together.
Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Sign up below! *younger children are welcome to come.
2️⃣ We’ll pair you with others and organize the meet up!
3️⃣ Meet up on assigned day and time for coffee and conversation!
It’s a great opportunity to build friendships, catch up, and enjoy community over your favorite brew.

WINTER OVERNIGHT
The Winter Overnight Camp is a nature-focused experience designed specifically for Redwood students & their families. During our time at Shaw Nature Reserve’s Dana Brown Overnight Center located near Gray Summit, Missouri Botanical Garden educational staff will lead our group into nature and the outdoors, using a science-based curriculum that provides hands-on, experiential learning for all ages. In addition to the provided classes, our group will be experiencing camp! Campfire songs, nature hikes,
Thursday & Friday, February 27-28th (during Redwood’s Winter Break)
Shaw Nature Reserve’s Dana Brown Overnight Center group games, and camp crafts will all be a part of an unforgettable overnight camp opportunity for the whole Redwood community.
